Job Decsription: • Qualification- B.Tech / BE– Mechanical • Lead the maintenance team of Mechanical and Electrical members efficiently to enable the maximum machine availability with zero break down of critical machinery. • Co-ordinate with production and ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities as- per production requirement and ensure minimum utility cost. • Follow systems and procedures strictly and make sure, breakdown- & its analysis are done and recorded. • Motivate- maintenance team; monitor the preventive & corrective maintenance schedules and breakdown % reduction. • Spare parts Planning ISO related activities • Should be able to implement modern- maintenance technique to reduce breakdown.
